Wheat is a cultivated grass that is used as a staple food worldwide. It is used in a variety of products, including flour to make bread and baked goods. Wheat starts out as a very nutritious food source, but the over processing of wheat that takes place in most food products we consume today leads to a nutrient deficient product.
