I have been using in my shakes & smoothies for about a year. It saves me money because I don't have moldy or mushy berries to throw away. The powder mixes quickly and well in a shaker. But be advised that it adds little flavor. Since I am most interested in nutrition, that is not a draw back for me. I add to other Swiig powered products to make a powerful, nutricious meal. ( Get Greens, Powdered Beet & Sweet Potato, Plant or Whey Protien, dried Spinach & Kale) Keeps me on task in a classroom of children all morning until lunch!
