It’s always our goal to make your orders and returns as easy and efficient as possible. Our policies and procedures are listed below to help ensure that you are as happy as can be with your purchases.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Our orders are shipped and delivered on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, may take 4-6 weeks. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Our express shipping is UPS and does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our Customer Registry, you may edit your profile under Account or simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email we have sent you.

FREE SHIPPING THROUGH 2/28/2018

You will receive FREE Standard Delivery on all orders through February 28th, 2018 on all orders as a thank you from swiig!. Alaska, Hawaii, Express Delivery and Rush Delivery surcharges still apply.

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products, to the original point of purchase, under our swiig Smart Choice Guarantee for full refund.

Customers who purchase products from swiig website may return them by mail.

Returns & Exchanges, made within 30 days of original purchase, may be made through contacting a swiig Customer Representative at 1.855.my.swiig (1.855.697.9444) or emailing us at Customer Service. We respectfully request that you have the sales receipt and/or invoice for any return available when you contact us, to help us efficiently process your return.

For Returns & Exchanges after 30 days of original purchase must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Returns Department. Please call 1.855.my.swiig (1.855.697.9444) to initiate that process or for additional details.
